Milan is one of the most fanciful cities in the world. It has losta high-end fashion shops and relaxing alfresco diners along the streets. We toured 2 days visiting the Duomo, Teatro Alla Scala, a castle (lazy to find out what it is) coz it wasn't too impressive and San Siro.

San Siro although may appear disappointing at first with so much hype about it, is definitely way better than what we have in Singapore. It is not so much the stadium but the people who had set foot on the pitch, entertaining millions upon millions around the world. Del Perio, Kaka, Ronaldo, Totti and the list goes on.

Unfortunately, we cannot set foot on the pitch as it was being carefully maintained. It seats about 85000 people and tickets cost anything from 15 Euros to 300 Euros. Since I was not able to lay my hands on the grass tuft as souvenir, I had to settle for 2 very pricy keychains. It costed me 12 Euros. BUT!!! I am not complaining since it is AC Milan and not Marinecastle or Home United.

We took a train from Milan to Florence in the evening and ...till the next entry...
